Account Manager / Senior Account Manager (Enterprise Systems)

Job Description

 Identify new prospects and business opportunities in the regional countries
 Generate sales in enterprise systems including Sun Solaris Systems
 Manage customer and channel relationships in medium to large customer environment
Prepare quotations and proposals independently

Prerequisites

1 - 3 years sales or business development experience in the IT industry
Possess existing customer relationship
Adequate understanding of IT hardware infrastructure in data centers
 Result driven with proven sales track records
Ability to work with low basic salary and highly rewarding sales commission
Ability to work as a team
Strong communication & presentation skills
 Degree or professional qualification would be preferred

Note:
 Several positions are available for the regional countries including Singapore, Malaysia, India and Thailand
 Fresh graduate or diploma holder with exceptional capability may also be considered

Sun Solaris Engineer (Bangalore, India)

Job Description
 Job Location
- Bangalore (India), Malaysia and Singapore
 Provide pre-sales support to complement sales team in the overall sales cycle
 Manage client implementations and installation

 Perform 1st level diagnostics and problem resolution through phone
 Escalate to next level of support by performing preventive/remedial maintenance and resolving problems regarding SUN servers (hardware and OS) at customer locations
 Perform minimal after office hours standby


Prerequisites
 Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with most of the following:
 Hands-on experience with Sun servers and Solaris operating system, both installations and maintenance
 Hands-on experience with performance management and capacity sizing
 Hands-on system administration experience in Solaris environments and related software technology
 Experience in assessing client requirements and architecting systems solutions
 Technology certifications desired
